Partner Success Engineer Portugal

The challenge

As a Partner Success Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our partner interactions, ensuring they receive the highest level of technical support, guidance and enablement throughout their journey with us.

This role is crucial to our success because it directly impacts partner satisfaction, retention and growth. You will not only resolve technical issues, but also help partners understand, adopt and fully leverage our platform through proactive support, training and technical expertise.

You will act as a bridge between partners and internal teams such as Sales, Product and Engineering, contributing to continuous improvement through feedback, documentation and knowledge sharing.

Requirements that are important for us

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support or customer success role within the cloud services or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, networking and virtual infrastructure.
  • Proficiency with Windows Server environments (2012–2025) and their main services.
  • Microsoft Certifications (MCP, MCSE or equivalent) are required.
  • Knowledge of LAN/WAN, VPNs and network security best practices.
  • Experience with hypervisors such as VMWare, Hyper-V, etc.
  • Ability to diagnose and solve complex technical issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and Spanish, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong empathy and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments where priorities can shift.

Key skills and expected impact

  • Provide exceptional technical support to partners with timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new partners and proper understanding of the platform.
  • Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to relay feedback and improvement opportunities.
  • Proactively monitor partner satisfaction metrics and improve overall partner experience.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical problems related to cloud services and infrastructure.
  • Document support cases, solutions and best practices clearly and accurately.
  • Conduct training sessions, webinars and create resources to empower partners.
  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration, communication and continuous improvement across teams.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Linux system administration (LPIC-1, LPIC-2 or equivalent).
  • Experience with monitoring systems such as Zabbix.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud platforms.
  • Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP) and/or CompTIA Network+.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • Additional language proficiency (English).
