- Modification of Cloud Product Pricing at Jotelulu
Jotelulu has established a pricing modification policy for cases where it is necessary to adjust established rates. The three key points to highlight are:
- One change per year. In the event of a change, the modification of rates will take place at most once a year.
- Two months’ notice. If a change occurs, we will strive to notify affected rates two months in advance.
- Notification via email. Jotelulu commits to contacting the primary contact and the billing contact registered on the platform via email.
- Modification of Pricing for Third-Party Software Licences
Through the Jotelulu Marketplace, it is possible to purchase software licences from organizations other than Jotelulu. In this case, we are subject to the pricing policies and conditions of each manufacturer, and therefore, any price variation associated with such software will be applied with prior notice.
- General Payment Terms
How do we structure pricing and payment terms at Jotelulu? Why? The idea has always been the same: to make cloud service sales and management easier for any IT company. With this in mind, we found certain industry practices to be less functional, so we rethought our pricing and payment conditions, making them slightly different from those of other cloud service providers.
- Pay as you go. Registering on the platform incurs no cost. Costs are exclusively tied to the deployment of cloud services, whether for a partner organization or a client organization.
- No commitment*. All deployed cloud services are billed hourly, meaning that any cancellation will have an immediate effect on the service and its billing.
- A fixed price. Prices do not fluctuate monthly as they do with other providers. At Jotelulu, there are no variable costs (such as connectivity, bandwidth, etc.), so there are no surprises at the end of the month.
- Postpaid billing. Protect your cash flow and avoid treasury tensions associated with the gap between service payment, invoice issuance, and revenue collection.
- We only work with IT channels. We do not want to be your competition. We believe the only way to digitize and transition SMEs to the cloud is through IT companies like yours. That’s why our goal is to make you truly competitive, offer you the best prices, and support you as much as possible.
- 7 days free for any new subscription. We understand that our partners need time to set up and optimize the environment before delivering it to the end client, and we believe this helps facilitate that process.
