Quotes, Contracts and Billing for Partners

We are delighted to announce that two new sections and a new feature are now available in the Partner Area on the Jotelulu platform. They are designed to automate and customise documentation to make your commercial and admin tasks easier and faster. As of today, Partners can enjoy the following features:

1. A new Quotes section.
2. A new Contracts section (within the Documentation tab).
3. A new feature to separate or differentiate invoices by customer.

1. “Quotes” section in the Partner Area

The new, recently created Quotes section allows any Partner to generate and download customised quotes for each of their customers. Simply enter the customer name, select the services, add your profit margin and download a quote, ready to send to the customer. To access this new section, simply navigate to Partner Area > Quotes.

We are always seeking to make life easier for our Partners, and we know that a section like this could well help to speed up the process and avoid possible errors. Furthermore, customising the appearance of your quotes and documentation will only make your business look more professional in the eyes of the customer.

2. “Contracts” subsection in the Partner Area

The new Contracts section that we have created allows you to generate two different types of contracts:

• Third-party Data Access Agreement (GDPR), establishing the contractual relationship between the Partner and the customer with regard to the processing of personal data.
• Service Contract, detailing the contractual relationship between the Partner and the customer with regard to the services provided.

This new feature allows our Partners to automate the entire contracts process with their customers. We want to help our Partners to be more efficient, and we hope that features like this go a little way towards achieving that goal

3. Separate Billing by Customer

Now, it is possible for our Partners to see their invoices separated by customer. This feature has been added to avoid confusion when analysing invoices and make it easier to analyse costs and send repeat invoices. To access this new feature, simply navigate to:
