As you already know, at Jotelulu we like to do things differently and, once again, we’ll be keeping the prices of our cloud solutions. Another year goes by and the situation remains the same: energy consumption, hardware investments, license fees, and overall inflation—still very relevant—are forcing companies to control their expenses tightly to stay profitable. From the beginning, Jotelulu’s goal has been to make things easier for IT companies and their clients, typically SMBs with tight margins that are sometimes hard to reach with your services. For these reasons, we will continue our efforts to keep the prices of our cloud products stable, making only some upward adjustments to items associated with the direct costs passed on by some of our providers. The goal is to help our partners stay competitive—and we believe this is the best way to do it.
After having maintained and even lowered our prices through 2023, in 2024 we made a small adjustment similar to the one we’re announcing now. Starting on March 1, 2025, the cost of certain licenses available through our Marketplace, as well as items related to Windows Server licensing, will change. Remember to review these updates, since they might affect not only already deployed environments but also quotes and rate cards previously generated in the Partner Zone.
Keep reading to learn more about which items will be modified and where to view them.
Which items are changing? Below we detail, point by point, the changes that will take effect starting March 1, 2025. As always, if you have any questions, remember you can contact our team—we’ll be happy to help.
Among the items updating their prices in 2025, most are related to software licenses included in our Marketplace, particularly those from Microsoft. Keep in mind that if you have licenses under an annual commitment, the price increase will take effect on the renewal date.
Microsoft has been raising the cost of Windows Server licensing for several years. In February 2024, we had to implement a small price increase, and again in 2025 we are required to do so. This increase will affect any environments where this licensing is part of the service.

We’re fully aware of the current situation, and although we’ve worked hard to maintain stable pricing, increases imposed by external providers make it necessary to adjust rates for services that involve licenses.
That said, we’ll only readjust prices related to operating systems—affecting Remote Desktop and Windows Servers—as well as the licenses mentioned in point 1 of this article. Review the new prices in the platform now or contact our team for a full explanation by scheduling a call or by calling +34 911 333 712 directly.
