Now, with Assisted Migrations, we’re taking things one step further, allowing you to book a session with one of our Partner Success technicians to guide and advise you throughout the entire process.

Where is the Assisted Migrations feature located on the platform?

To request assistance from our team during migration processes, go to the Migrations subsection within the Partner Zone and access the available Assisted Migrations option.

That means the exact path to request help for future migrations is:

Partner Zone > Migrations > Assisted Migrations

Weekend migrations thanks to extended support hours.

Assisted Migrations also comes with an extension of our support hours. Since 7 June 2025, the Partner Success team has been continuously available from:

• Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 20:00 [GMT +1].
• Saturday and Sunday, 09:00 to 18:00 [GMT +1].

The combination of Assisted Migrations and these new hours makes it possible to carry out supported migrations — now also at weekends.
