Extended support hours at weekends

Our Partner Success team is now available at weekends too!

At Jotelulu, we continue working to offer you a more agile, personal and available service. That is why we are delighted to announce that, from 7 June 2025, our Partner Success team is also available at weekends for non‑critical queries, requests and issues.

This means that the new support hours are as follows:

  • Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 20:00 [GMT +1].
  • Saturday and Sunday, from 09:00 to 18:00 [GMT +1].

Until now, this service was only available from Monday to Friday, but it is clear that your customers’ business does not always follow the calendar, that weekends are often a good opportunity for migrations or specific maintenance tasks, and that sometimes certain configurations or restorations may require our help on a Saturday or Sunday. For all these reasons, the support hours have been extended. We want to be by your side on those days too.
