Who exactly are we?
Our story is the one of a group of Cloud and technology enthusiasts who always had a clear goal: make things much easier for tech companies. Since no one was really stepping up to fill that gap in Spain’s Cloud sector, we figured—why not build our own product?
We started small, and now we’re over 130 people and still growing. Today, Jotelulu’s products are used in thousands of offices and businesses in retail, construction, industry, hospitality, transportation, and more, across over 8 countries in Europe and the Americas.
Every step we take is driven by the desire to do things better, bring something new, and shake things up—because that’s the only way innovation truly has meaning.

About this rol
Are you a results-driven sales leader with a passion for technology and team growth? We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Team Leader to drive pipeline and performance across our EMEA region with a sharp focus on the cloud industry.
In this role, you’ll lead a team of ambitious SDRs, working across diverse markets to generate qualified opportunities for TAM team. If you have experience building and scaling outbound teams in a SaaS or cloud-native business, this is your moment to make an impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead & Inspire SDR EMEA TEAM
- Manage, and coach a remote team of SDRs, including an SDR Team Lead, across key EMEA countries
- Work Closely with regional Team lead SDR, TAM Team
- Hire, onboard, and develop talent, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture
Drive Pipeline for Cloud/SaaS Solutions
- Develop tailored prospecting strategies for complex cloud solution sales cycles
- Ensure SDRs are delivering high-quality, sales-qualified leads for our AE teams
Align Sales & Marketing Efforts
- Work closely with demand generation and regional marketing teams
- Optimize messaging and targeting for cloud buyers (IT, CTO, CEO, etc.)
- Use data to track conversion rates, outreach performance
- Regularly review team KPIs and pipeline metrics to refine strategy
- Optimize team performance with top sales tech: Salesforce, Sales engagement…
- Standardize best practices and process improvements
Sales Skills
- Strong understanding of outbound prospecting strategies, lead qualification, and sales pipelines.
- Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms.
- Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and using data to drive decision-making.
Problem-Solving and Adaptability
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What we are looking for
Requirements
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS/cloud sales or business development, with 2+ year in a leadership role
- Experience managing SDRs targeting technical industry buyers
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, SaaS business models, and long-cycle sales processes
- Native French and Fluent in English; other EMEA languages (Portuguese and Spanish) are highly valued
- Skilled in CRM (Salesforce), sales engagement platforms
- Analytical mindset with a knack for coaching, problem-solving, and driving accountability
