ABOUT THIS ROLE

JOTELULU is seeking an exceptional business and sales executive to lead our operations in France as Country Manager. This is a high-impact, strategic leadership position where you’ll drive market expansion, build and mentor a top-performing team, and represent JOTELULU as the face of the company in the region.

You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing channel partnerships, and building a strong brand presence in the French market, all while embodying our mission: to simplify the cloud for IT companies and help them become more competitive.

Reporting to the executive team, you’ll lead both direct reports -KAMs and TAMs- and indirect contributors -SDRs and marketing specialists-, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and operations.

AS A COUNTRY MANAGER you will lead across the following key areas

Leadership & Strategy

  • Act as the strategic leader for France, representing JOTELULU externally and internally.

  • Develop and execute a country-specific business plan aligned with global objectives.

  • Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships to ensure long-term success.

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Operations, and Services teams to create a unified go-to-market strategy.

Team Development & Management

  • Hire, coach, and retain a high-performing team of sales professionals.

  • Foster a positive, performance-driven culture grounded in our values: Joy, Ownership, Trust, and Effectiveness.

  • Deliver ongoing coaching and training to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer-centric selling.

Sales Execution & Partner Development

  • Drive a multi-product sales strategy across MSPs, ISVs, and software distributors.

  • Oversee end-to-end sales processes: from prospecting to pipeline management and deal closing.

  • Support and accelerate partner-led growth through strong channel engagement.

  • Implement KPIs and track performance, ensuring targets and forecasts are consistently met or exceeded.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 10+ years of sales and business development experience in the Cloud/IT sector.

  • Proven track record as a top-performing Account Executive in the French market – this is a must.

  • Strong knowledge of the French cloud ecosystem (including MSPs, ISVs, and IT distributors).

  • Demonstrated experience as a player-coach: leading by example while mentoring and developing talent.

  • Skilled in full sales cycle management, from strategy and prospecting to closing and renewals.

  • History of delivering against revenue goals and contributing to P&L success.

  • Strong leadership capabilities with a collaborative, influence-driven approach.

  • Experience leading in change management, team culture, and regional expansion.

  • Comfortable navigating between strategic planning and hands-on execution.

  • Willingness to travel regularly to Madrid HQ and within France as needed.

  • Professional fluency in French and English; Spanish is a strong plus.
