Partner Success Engineer French Market

The challenge
As a Partner Success Engineer for the French market, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our partners successfully adopt and use our cloud platform. Your mission will be to provide high-quality technical support, guide partners through their journey, and help them maximize the value of our services, directly impacting customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

You’ll be part of a team focused on delivering an excellent partner experience, combining technical expertise with a strong customer-centric approach. Together, you’ll support onboarding, resolve technical issues, and proactively educate partners through training sessions and continuous guidance, ensuring they fully understand and benefit from the platform.

Collaboration will be essential. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to share partner feedback, report issues, and contribute to continuous improvement. You’ll also act as a liaison between partners and internal teams, ensuring alignment and helping evolve the platform based on real partner needs.

Requirements that are important for us
We are looking for a Partner Success Engineer with a strong technical background, customer-focused mindset, and the ability to support and guide partners in a fast-paced environment.

Relevant experience and expected outcomes:

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or customer success roles, preferably in cloud or technology environments.
  • Supporting partners with technical issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Onboarding new partners and guiding them through platform adoption.
  • Diagnosing and solving complex technical problems related to cloud services and infrastructure.
  • Working in fast-paced environments, adapting to changing priorities.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.

Key skills and expected impact:

  • Provide exceptional technical support, ensuring high partner satisfaction and retention.
  • Communicate effectively in French, explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proactively educate and empower partners to maximize platform usage.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively across teams, contributing to continuous improvement and partner success.
  • Show empathy, flexibility, and a strong service-oriented mindset.

Tools

  • Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Windows Server environments (2012–2025) and Linux systems.
  • Virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
  • Networking and security environments (LAN/WAN, VPN).
  • Monitoring tools such as Zabbix.
  • Collaboration and ticketing tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft (MCP, MCSE), Cisco (CCNA, CCNP), or CompTIA Network+.
