New Certification: HDS (Hébergeur de Données de Santé)

We’ve added HDS certification alongside ISO 27001!

HDS (Hébergeur de Données de Santé) is a certification from the French government health agency, aimed at strengthening the security and protection of personal health data.

What does this new certification mean for our partners? It simply confirms what we’ve been doing for some time: we meet high security standards, the platform is robust, services are resilient, and data complies with the highest security benchmarks.

This adds to what you already knew about Jotelulu:

  • Advanced data encryption (AES-256, TLS 1.2+).
  • Full environment isolation.
  • Access controls with mandatory MFA for administrators.
  • Full traceability with protected logs.
  • Active redundancy.
  • 100% European infrastructure, no external jurisdiction.

HDS simply certifies our commitment to security, because… what could be more sensitive than health data?

Where can the HDS certificate be downloaded?

All ISO 27001 and HDS certificates can be downloaded from the platform at the following location:

Partner Area > Documentation > Security

HDS Certification
The ISO 27001 + HDS card allows the download of a ZIP file containing all Jotelulu certificates and those for its data centres. All this information is available for you to attach effortlessly to your customer communications.
