The challenge
As Chief Operating Officer, you’ll play a critical role in scaling Jotelulu’s global operations and ensuring the company can continue growing efficiently, sustainably, and with operational excellence at its core. Your mission will be to align people, processes, systems, and execution across the organization, transforming strategy into scalable operational reality while maintaining the agility and culture that define Jotelulu. You’ll drive operational performance, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact growth, efficiency, and customer experience.
You’ll lead and empower multidisciplinary operational teams, creating the structure, processes, and accountability needed to support rapid international expansion. This is a highly strategic but also hands-on leadership role, requiring someone capable of balancing high-level decision-making with executional focus. You’ll help teams operate with clarity, speed, and alignment, ensuring operational scalability without losing flexibility or innovation capacity.
Collaboration will be essential. You’ll work closely with Leadership, Finance, Product, Technology, Sales, People, and Partner Success teams to ensure business priorities are aligned and operationally executable. You’ll act as a key connector across the organization, identifying bottlenecks, improving communication flows, optimizing resources, and helping transform ambitious business goals into measurable operational outcomes.
