Your Mission
As Head of Sales – Portugal, you’ll lead the commercial expansion of Jotelulu in the Portuguese market. You’ll be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing sales team, defining local go-to-market strategies, and driving partner acquisition and retention across the country.
Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you’ll play a key role in shaping Jotelulu’s growth strategy in Portugal, ensuring that our sales processes, tools, and people operate at peak performance.
What You’ll Do
Lead and Inspire
- Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team focused on partner success and business growth.
- Set clear objectives, coach team members, and foster a culture of accountability, learning, and excellence.
- Develop and execute incentive plans to drive engagement and performance.
Drive Sales Strategy
- Design and implement sales methodologies that maximize partner acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Portugal, aligned with Jotelulu’s global goals.
- Identify market opportunities, trends, and competitive insights to inform strategic decisions.
Optimize and Automate
- Enhance sales processes through workflow optimization and automation tools (Apollo).
- Oversee CRM best practices to ensure accurate tracking of opportunities and forecasting in Salesforce.
- Use data and analytics (Tableau, Power BI, Excel) to monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements.
Coach and Develop
- Conduct training and development sessions to strengthen the commercial and technical skills of the team.
- Ensure high-quality customer and partner interactions through regular performance reviews and audits.
Collaborate and Scale
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Pre-Sales and Partner Success to deliver seamless partner experiences.
- Support the rollout of new products and initiatives across the Portuguese market.
- Represent Jotelulu in local events, conferences, and industry partnerships.
You’ll Succeed If You Have
- Proven experience leading sales teams within the IT, cloud services, or SaaS industry with strong focus on Small and Medium Business – SMB
- Deep knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce Revenue suite, Apollo) and sales automation workflows.
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Tableau, Power BI and Excel for reporting and forecasting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
- Strategic vision with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a strong plus.

You’ll be part of a team of over 130 people, but you’ll work especially closely with Data/Analytics, Platform/Infra, Product, GTM (Sales & Marketing), and Partner Success—true wizards at simplifying complex problems and making things happen.
