Cloud PBX Quick Start Guide

Manuel Pérez Gómez-Miranda

In this tutorial, you will quickly learn how to use the Cloud PBX service and all its main features. We will take a look at how to manage extensions, create voice recordings, set availability (calendars) and analyse calls.

The Cloud PBX service is very easy to configure and is designed to help small IT companies significantly enhance their customer communications. The aim is to provide our partners with VoIP telephony with all the functionality of a real call centre. This way, you can make your customer service much more professional in a decentralised and mobile way.
