As a Product Marketing Leader, you will act as a bridge between Product (Software Engineering & Infrastructure) and Marketing, helping to simplify complexity, communicate the value of our solutions, and structure all knowledge around our platform. You will work within the Product team but maintain a clear transversal connection with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering teams.

You will

  • Serve as the product spokesperson for both external and internal communication, ensuring a coherent, clear, and value-oriented narrative.
  • Translate technical functionalities into understandable and attractive messages for IT companies (MSPs) with varying levels of technical knowledge.
  • Design and maintain all product documentation: functional sheets, user guides, changelogs, use cases, FAQs, etc.
  • Create and maintain a clear, centralized, and scalable knowledge architecture (single source of truth).
  • Support the Marketing team in creating conversion-oriented content: eBooks, guides, sales pitches, onboarding materials, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and engineers to understand the roadmap, priorities, and functionalities.
  • Participate in defining new launches: naming, positioning, key messages, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Be an ambassador of our mission: simplifying the cloud for IT companies.

What we are looking for

  • Experience: 4+ years in Product Marketing, preferably in SaaS or cloud B2B companies.
  • Cloud Knowledge: Understanding of the cloud environment— IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, connectivity, security, virtualization, etc. (Not purely technical, but comfortable communicating with technical stakeholders).
  • Documentation Skills: Proven ability to structure and maintain technical and functional documentation clearly and scalably.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to “make the complex simple.”
  • Passion for Technology: Interest in systems and cloud platforms.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work in collaborative environments, with various teams, across international settings, and in a fast-paced environment.

What we value especially

  • Previous experience working with MSPs or IT companies as a target audience.
  • Familiarity with document management platforms or other CMS/technical documentation tools.
  • Knowledge of product launch workflows and coordination between teams.
  • Strategic thinking, attention to detail, and autonomy.

Languages

  • Proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
